  1. I’ve gotten passionate about boneless chicken thighs, cheaper and they don’t dry out. I just tried the balsamic chicken thighs in the crock pot and gaw, they are delicious. I was too lazy to do the spice mixing and I did not have fresh garlic or dried onions, so I sprinkled in frozen mirioux pois, some bottled fresh garlic and dusted the chicken with spices after I laid them out in the crockpot. Cooked on low for a few hours and then let them sit on super low for several hours more. Melt in your mouth, just a bit tangy from the vinegar. SOOO easy. Will make these again. They are great cold!
